Privacy.

Short version: we only collect what you type into our two forms, we use it only to write to you, and we never sell it. This website runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Who is responsible

SYEN Labs, S.L. (NIF B88753298), Calle Lepant 270, 08013 Barcelona, Spain · pol@syen.app.

What we collect, and why

Early access

Your email address. To tell you about SYEN. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Contact

Your name, email, organisation (optional) and message. To answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to the person who wrote to us (art. 6.1.f).

How long we keep it

Early-access emails: until you ask us to remove you, and no longer than 24 months after you signed up. Contact messages: as long as the conversation requires, and no longer than 24 months after it ends.

Who helps us

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms; our email provider stores them; the site is served by Cloudflare. They act as processors on our behalf. Some of this processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; where it does, it relies on the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, ask for portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to pol@syen.app. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Our host may set strictly necessary security cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.
